AUDIO ADDICT
My name is Tyler Ashcraft. I’ve been a multi-instrumentalist for over 10 years. I went to UVU for Audio Production where I learned from professionals that are very much still in the professional audio world today. I am a creative professional with project experience from concept to development. My talents include producing the best product in several audio applications including:
I am Avid Pro Tools user certified and familiar with FMOD. I also am comfortable with Reaper and Sony Vegas. I am always trying to learn new DAWs, software and techniques to stay current with technology, but also so I can help people out no matter the software they are using; especially in this day and age of working remotely with clients. I can produce any genre of music and like to have influences from all things to keep things fresh.
I have a lot of plugins and have learned a lot of tricks over the years to make any instruments play well with each other during mixing.
Ultimately, my favorite thing to do is to compose and produce my own music, but I still give the same care and effort for all of my clients’ projects.

Whenever I’m not doing audio, I am playing guitar, skateboarding, reading, playing video games and writing lyrics. I am not one of those professionals that doesn’t share how I do things. I don’t mind helping anyone learn the craft that I love so much.
A job is how we survive, but art is how we live and audio is where science and art become one.
